KIPSTA, NEW EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER FOR AS NANCY-LORRAINE
From this season 2022-2023 and for three seasons, Kipsta will equip AS Nancy-Lorraine. The National club's shirts will soon be unveiled.
“We are extremely proud to become the new equipment supplier for AS Nancy-Lorraine, says Jonathan Libert, Decathlon Houdemont Store Manager. Kipsta is continuing its rise in the world of French football. After the LIGUE 1 Uber Eats and LIGUE 2 BKT footballs, this collaboration with a club as historic as Nancy is very positive. The brand teams are very committed to respecting the club's symbolic hallmarks in order to produce a unique kit, which will thrill all the club's enthusiasts.”
“With Jonathan Libert and his team, we were on the same wavelength and had a common analysis of the club's special position, says Thorsten Theys, managing director of AS Nancy-Lorraine. It was immediately clear that this partnership shared the core of the message we want to bring to the region by reinstating the identity and values of our club.”
Based in the North of France, Decathlon's football brand, Kipsta, has set itself the task of durably improving the daily life of all footballers. This means that it is committed to excellence in providing its users with high performance products, including at the highest level, at the most affordable price possible.
Kipsta works on a daily basis with its technical partners (about fifteen players in Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT) in the development of all its products.
No brand item is marketed until it has been tested and validated by the brand's technical partners (in parallel, tests are also carried out with a panel of amateur players). They participate in workshops throughout the year to help Kipsta in its quest for continuous improvement. They test the different prototypes, give feedback, suggest modifications, etc.
All Kipsta products are created and tested in France. The brand's top-of-the-range balls are FIFA QUALITY PRO certified.
